is it a combination of several different tools?

I have a rough understanding of Advanced PC Tweaker. It seems to have several different functions. Registry cleaner,fixer,optimizer and uninstaller. How does it actually work? Is it difficult to use?

Yes,you are right. Advanced PC Tweaker is multifunctional registry tool. As a good cleaner,it can clean junks in system;as a fixer,it repair registry problems effectively;as an uninstaller,it can be used to remove unwanted programs.
