Want to clean up the junk files and fix possible errors

My sister downloaded a lot of movies onto my PC, which makes the whole system slow down. I think it should be like this. I want to clean up the junk files from the downloading and fix any possible errors on my PC. Is Advanced PC Tweaker able to do this?
