Have you ever purchased our program? If so, you can retrieve your serial number with your order email or order number by yourself at http://www.cheesesoft.com/support/customer-area/member-login. Once you have found your serial number, please directly copy and paste it into the registration blank to avoid a manual mistake because it it is easy to confuse the letter "I" with "1"(one) and "O" with "0"(zero), and all letters in the number should be capitalized and the dash can not be missed.

If you just want to get an one-month-free trial license, or still fail to log in with your serial number, please directly contact the customer support team.

I purchased pc tweaker for 3 computers and the serial number works fine for the first one, but can't get anything to work on 2nd computer.  When I go to web site and sign in with my e-mail address, it just comes back and says that the sign on is invalid.  What should I be doing?
