My PC has a popup message saying “Explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows”. I thought it occurs because some possible viruses coming from several videos I downloaded yesterday. But when I run my McAfee, no virus is found. What’s wrong with my PC? How can I fix this problem?
