The program I'm looking at is Acrobat.com. Adobe reader 9 looks OK but Acrobat.com appears twice. This, by itself, is a problem. There are two Icons appearing on the desktop, one for Adobe Reader 9 and the other for Acrobat.com. I remember installing acrobat.com as part of an update process for some other adobe product a couple of months ago. I have an Adobe folder in my program files. It has Reader 9.0, Acrobat.com and Install_flash_player_9 folders. The first two appear to be full applications folders with numerous files and folders. The third is a zip file that unzips to an exe file.
