When I try to do this an upload of my request is attempted, but then a time - out occurs with the error message: ERROR: Socket error # 10060 Connection timed out.

Please click Start/Run.../type "netsh winsock reset" click OK and then restart computer. If the problem still could not be fixed, contact us.
