I tried to delete the empty registry keys using PCTWEAKER, but the empty registry keys keep coming back after they are repaired.  I even tried to delete them manually using REGEDIT.  No luck! they're back again during the scan.

PCTWEAKER says it can put the registry keys to the "ignore list".  After right clicking the item, then clicking "add to ignore list", still it does not show in the "ignore list".

Can I get some answers from the support guys or any bloggers here? Thank you.

Typically, this guy named "Buddy" answers the question in this forum in a matter of minutes.  I posted a question almost 24 hours ago, still no answer.

Just let me know if this forum is dead or if you have the answer to my question or not so that I will not be checking this forum so often.

For now, this PC Tweaker DOES NOT WORK at all.  It does not deliver its promises. It is good that I only have the trial version.  I may think twice before purchasing the "registered version".  I was under the impression that the trial version they are offering is also a registered version because they provided the registration numbers.

C'mon guys! Impress us.

It's now over 48 hours and still, I have not received any response from "Buddy" or the support team.  No response either to the email I sent.

I now think all the kudos and compliments posted in this site are BOGUS and made-up to make their site looks responsive to the customers.  THEY ARE NOT.

Think many times before buying the real version.  Don't waste your money.

Hi, first thanks for coming here and sorry for the delay reply.

Please be informed that there are some items such as "Empty Registry Keys" and "Errors" which usually can not be repaired completely.

Windows registry was designed to manage the whole system. When windows system and other processes are running, it is unavoidable that some registry items are generated and rewritten constantly.  This is why you will see unrepairable registry issues like empty registry keys emerged instantly after each scan. Since these empty keys and errors would not do any harm to your computer, so we suggest our customers to scan the registry once or twice per week and try not to tick "Empty Registry Keys" and then take another scan.

Thanks Buddy for your response.  The Advanced PC Tweaker advertisement says it will repair all errors found during the scan, especially the empty registry key errors. Now, you're saying, it does not repair ALL empty registry keys errors and they will keep emerging even it they are re-scanned.

I am aware that most, if not all empty registry keys are left-overs from deleted programs.  I think your system, if it is that reliable and can effectively remove them should be able to identify the non-existing (deleted) programs and remove those empty registry keys associated with those programs.

You want us (customers) to scan the registry once or twice per week, but NOT to tick "Empty Registry Keys".  I think most of us here (at least, me) is more interested in correcting empty registry keys than using other functions.

Why the "Ignore List" not working? I asked in my previous post.

AFTER I INSTALL THE PROGRAM,AFTER AN HOUR OF SO IT UINSTALL IT SELF.
tHE ICONS ON MY DESKTOP IS NOT THERE ANY MORE AND THE PROGAM IS NOT UNDER MY PROGRAMS ANYMORE.I HAVE TO INSTALL THE PROGRAM AGAIN.
