Every time I try to close a window an error box come up stating internet explorer has encountered a problem and must close, then I must start internet explorer all over again.
I bought your software in order to fix it in my pc, please inform how to get it done. I have windows XP system.

hi Linda, Please try the follow steps to fix the problem:

For IE 6.0 user: go to control panel----system----advanced---click "error reporting"----click "Disable error reporting"----tick "but notify me when criticle error occur"-----click "OK" to finish.

For IE 5.0/5.5 user: go to control panel---Add or remove programs----find out the "Internet Explorer Error Reporting" in the list----click "remove".
