How do I get credit for one of the two bills posted on my recent purchase dated 9/12/09?

I paid for my program but I did not get my serial number and have tried
getting from the website but am not able to login either. I tried both my email and
also my purchase ticket number to login. I emailed support a couple of hours ago and
heave not gotten any emails from them either. Now what?

If you have successfully made the payment, you can retrieve your serial number simply with your order number or order email at http://www.cheesesoft.com/suppor ... er-login/index.php.

If you fail, please contact the contact the customer support team at support@advancedpctweaker.com with  your purchasing information. We will help you find the serial number and get back to you soon.
